The Rolling Booking Scheme is our new approach to future bookings. It allows our guests who wish to visit on a regular basis to secure their preferred trip dates in advance with a small, manageable deposit. By submitting a completed booking form, your group can reserve future dates with a holding deposit of just £10.00 + VAT per person (based on your minimum numbers).

This deposit confirms your intent to return and helps us secure your preferred slot in the calendar. After your current year’s visit, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance of the £25.00 + VAT deposit per person. This means you can plan well in advance without putting unnecessary strain on your budget or waiting until the next year to rebook.

With some groups already securing dates as far ahead as the 2028/2029 season, the scheme provides you with peace of mind. By securing your preferred dates well in advance, you eliminate the stress of competing for slots during our peak seasons. You also gain additional time to organise transport, coordinate with your attendees, and plan around your schedule.
