Support Us

Our aim at NAYC/ACUK is to help and educate young people, especially, but not exclusively, through their leisure-time activities to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society.

This is achieved through;

  • setting up and supporting youth groups
  • organising conference and training courses for voluntary youth leaders
  • providing residential activity experiences at our outdoor activity centres
  • providing sporting facilities & activities
We gladly serve all young people to allow them to release their potential.

The surplus raised from our Action Centres (Whitemoor Lakes, Pioneer Centre and King’s Park Conference and Sports Centres) is ploughed back into the charitable work of NAYC.  If you felt able to give a donation to further support our charity your money would be used to:

HELP DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN ACCESS RESIDENTIAL TRIPS

Many disadvantaged young people are unable to fund their own trips to our residential activity centres or pay for a fun activity session which their local youth group has organised. By donating towards our bursary fund we can ensure everyone can be included in a life-enhancing experience where no child is left behind!

IMPROVE FACILITIES

Show your support in helping us keep our facilities and activity equipment up to date. This enables young people to enjoy a truly memorable experience that improves self-esteem, social skills, combat under-achievement and promote inclusion.

INVEST IN TRAINING

Help to financially support our trainee activity scheme and voluntary youth leader training.  The trainee activity scheme teaches and mentors trainees to become part of our amazing team, whilst gaining crucial qualifications. Funding for this scheme helps towards their living costs and the training we provide.  Voluntary youth leader training prepares the leaders of tomorrow to gain invaluable skills to run local youth groups.

How your support will make a difference:

£227
