- For Church Youth Leaders or Volunteers in Christian Youth Organisations/ Ministries across the Midlands.
We are excited to invite you to a Training Day here at Whitemoor Lakes. We believe that adopting a disciple-making approach to youth ministry can help your church gain confidence and find new inspiration for reaching and growing young people.
What to expect
Bring your team
These training days are ideally for a youth leaders team of 2-4 people, which could be made up of: • The key youth leader • Some of your core volunteer team • A representative from the leadership team of your church/organisation If you don’t have a team to bring please still come as there still will be valuable ideas shared and time for you to reflect and process with others where God is taking your ministry.
The day
The day is split between training and time together with your team. Time with your team consists of space to dream, plan, and listen to God around the specifics of your own context, with coaches on hand to help you with that process.
What you take
The day culminates in setting a plan of action for your ministry for the next 6 months to help you achieve what God has been saying throughout the day.
