The National Memorial Arboretum
Next door to us is the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA), the 150-acre site is a living, growing tribute to those who have served and continue to serve our country. The perfect venue for developing an understanding of Remembrance, as well as a whole host of other subjects including science, literacy and geography.
The entrance is free, but it is advisable to book your entry in advance. Donations are welcome. NMA-led education sessions are available at an additional cost. Parking fees may apply. Please visit their website for more details.
Lichfield Cathedral
Lichfield Cathedral is a wonderful example of medieval architecture and is one of only three cathedrals in the UK with three spires.

Cannock Chase Forest
Only a short journey away rests the beautiful Cannock Chase Forest. Within its small area the Chase has a remarkably varied landscape, with ancient woodland, conifer plantations, river valleys and wetlands, open heathlands, historic parklands and farmland. With way marked trails for woodland walks, a quaint cafe, children’s play areas, and orienteering trails, you will not be stuck for something to do at Cannock Chase Forest.
