Fire Lighting
During our Fire Lighting session, your participants will learn the science behind the creation of a fire and the importance of certain elements including oxygen, fuel, and heat. Our instructor will then guide your group as they learn to achieve a spark using a basic magnesium stick and steel striker. Participants will master the skill of striking a magnesium stick before attempting to light a cotton ball ablaze. As a final challenge, groups will work in teams to be the first to successfully create an active flame. This session promotes self-confidence, teamwork, and creates a sense of achievement within all the participants.
